Status: currently in legal review. The points below apply as interim guidance until the fully reviewed version is published.
General
Austrian law applies. Place of performance and jurisdiction is Vienna. The Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) and the Commercial Code (UGB) apply in particular. If individual provisions are or become invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
Reservations
Reservations are free of charge and become binding only once we have confirmed them by phone or email. For cancellations, changes, group bookings of 6 or more, events and other requests please contact us directly:

Prices & payment
All prices include VAT. Daily and seasonal dishes may differ from the website — the printed menu at your table is authoritative. We accept cash and major debit and credit cards.
Allergens
All declarable allergens under the EU LMIV regulation are indicated in our menu. If you are unsure or have particular intolerances, please ask our staff. Despite careful preparation, traces of other substances may be present in the kitchen.
House rules
We reserve the right of admission and may decline service in individual cases (youth protection, consumer protection, non-smoking protection, or to maintain a pleasant atmosphere for all guests).

Dispute resolution
Consumers may submit complaints to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
